There is no time to cook or eat that much, to be honest. As a rule, I just don't have dinner - I drink a cup of kefir instead with some berries or fruits. Well, it's hard to limit yourself, for me it's still a limitation. Although, of course, I have become much less sweet to eat, I consider this a victory. I was also pleased that even such a priori sweet things as cheesecakes without sugar are also quite good, especially with this coconut oil for frying from Mercadona - just a delight.
Well, some products could not be found, for example, good Granola, I buy it in Mercadone, but it does not taste very good, although it is not very harmful, judging by the description, there is no physical Carefour, and I do not order delivery.
On the positive side, I didn't lose much weight, but I bought a chocolate bar from the store and rolled it into a napkin later - it tastes like butter with sugar) The receptors were cleaned well. And raspberries seem super sweet, and vegetables are saturated in taste) Well, the receptors were definitely cleaned
